Project description

The project upgraded the intersection of the Warrego Highway and Brimblecombe Road, approximately 16 kilometres west of Toowoomba. The upgrade included a channelised right turn, pavement widening and upgraded signage.

The project improved safety and efficiency for all road users.

Funding

The Australian Government contributed $1.6 million to this project.

Timetable

Construction commenced in late 2021, and was completed in early 2022.
