Project description

Annual rainfall and increased traffic has resulted in potholes and road deformation

Reconstruction of Charlotte St road formation from chainage 992m to 2175m. This includes: Rehabilitation and upgrade of Charlotte St, from the roundabout to Hope St including a 3 m Shared path. Intersection treatments for Howard St / Charlotte St, Walker St / Charlotte St, Furneaux St / Charlotte St, Green St / Charlotte St and Adelaide Street/Charlotte Street (budget permitting). Kerb extensions as a Local Area Traffic Management to assist with traffic movements Landscape opportunity.
