Project description
The project will upgrade a 3.6km section of the Prospect Highway between Reservoir Road, Prospect and St Martins Crescent, Blacktown to a four-lane divided carriageway, with the section north of Lancelot Street to be upgraded to a six-lane divided road, inclusive of two dedicated bus lanes, and improvements to 11 intersections along the route.

Funding
