Project description

The project will upgrade the Shepparton Rail Line between Seymour and Shepparton in Victoria. Works will include track and signalling upgrades, expansion of stabling facilities at Shepparton station, and expansion of the Murchison East crossing loop. The works will allow VLocity trains to operate at maximum running speeds between Shepparton and Melbourne and enable the implementation of an updating timetable with more frequent and conveniently timed services.
