Project description

Only current available road link between the two adjacent suburbs is via the Captain Cook Highway which is subject to congestion during peak hour traffic. The link will provide connectivity between suburbs for vehicles, cyclists, pedestrians and public transport. The project is identified as a future trunk road within Council's Local Government Infrastructure Plan (LGIP)

Design and construct new road link including drainage works, road construction and street-scaping.

Total cost of proposed project is $6,400,000
