Project description

There has been significant traffic volume increase along the road over the last 5 years. The project aims to reduce congestion in and around Global Plaza, improve customer access for local businesses adjacent to Global Plaza, improve the active travel network and improve pedestrian amenity; and improve the safety of all users of Global Plaza.

Stage A works entail the provision of the right hand turn lane into the northern Bunnings entrance which will reduce the volume of right turn traffic into the shared Kmart/Bunnings entrance providing immediate improvement to traffic movements along Global Plaza.

Total cost of proposed project is $618,000
