Project description

The existing unsealed pavement gravel has contamination of naturally occurring asbestos rock.

This project will permanently cap the existing gravel with 100mm of new material and a spray seal for a length of 2100m. This will prevent future disturbance of the contaminated material as well as provide a lower life cycle cost road. This will also allow us to achieve our asset management strategy.
