Project description

Brodie Street has been built up higher in the middle and there are wheel stoppers in front of shops to stop vehicles from rolling onto the footpaths. The wheel stoppers have become a major tripping hazard to pedestrians, especially the elderley. Modifying the road profile will asisst with better stormwater management of the business houses in the street.

Reconstruct the full width of Brodie Street and asphalt sealing of approximately 20m wide x 150m.

Total cost of proposed project is $2,158,000
