Project description

The section of Elouera Road between Hume Road and Link Road was reconstructed as part of 2020/2021 work program. It is proposed to continue the works between Links and Captain cook Drive. The northbound lane in need of upgrade and require pavement widening, kerb and gutter and stormwater drainage upgrade. Road pavement has exceeded its service life. surface course is in poor condition and water is infiltrating the base course due to inadequate drainage system.

Road pavement reconstruction over approximately 3,460sqm. Road pavement works include 130mm thick asphalt concrete base layer and 50mm thick asphalt wearing surface. Works also include provision of kerb and gutter and stormwater drainage upgrade.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,698,491
