Project description

Approximately 470m long kerb & channel and 1800sqm of roads are dilapidated condition. The roads have deteriorated over the years and uneven, showing signs of failures. Extensive kerb and channel damage as well as uneven road pavement causing drainage problems, vehicle crossovers damage, and some scraping of road pavement. Large trees on the nature strip causing some issue. There is no enough drainage in the street either, to drain the road surface runoff to underground pits and pipes.

The work involves installing new kerb and channel, reconstructing failed pavement sections, installing underground drains, filling drainage trenches and constructing pavements, providing adequate drainage to the street and asphalt resurfacing.

Total cost of proposed project is $610,000
