Project description

Rutland Road is currently suffering from rutting, depressions and edge break issues along its length. In addition, the traffic volume on Rutland Road is forecast to increase significantly over the next 10-20 years due to proposed developments in the Bullsbrook area. Pavement core testing was conducted on Rutland Road and showed that the pavement has inadequate basecourse thickness to accommodate the expected increase in traffic volumes.

Granular overlay with 60mm high quailty base material, wet mix with stabilising machine and reseal with 14/7mm double/double bitumen emulsion primerseal
