Project description

Over two culverts the profile of the road is very flat which results in a lot of potholes. There are regularly corrugations along the first 200 metres of the road from the eastern end. At all culverts there is a large buildup of old gravel and fallen vegetation which stops surface water flowing in to the culverts. A lot of overhead vegetation is encroaching in to the clearance envelope of the road.

The road requires placement of gravel over the culverts so that good crossfalls can be constructed to aid in shedding of water. Additional gravel is required on sections where corrugations occur. Remove old gravel and vegetation to ensure water can flow off the road effectively. Cut back overhead vegetation where required.
