Project description

The project will finalise planning and development activities including completion of a Final Business Case for Bandon Road in the North West Growth Corridor, and commence early works on the road and flood evacuation route. The project will support the expected increase in population in the area.

The Australian Government has committed $75 million towards the project.

The project commenced in late 2024 and is expected to be complete by early 2028.
