Project description

The pavers originally used on this road are made with beach sand and over time products become brittle making the road surface uneven and rough. As the material used to make the pavers are sourced on islands the quality of the pavers deteriorates at a faster rate compared to that bought off island and sections of the various pavers are severely damaged. In addition, road kerbing has been damaged from vehicles as well as getting uprooted from big trees along the sides of the road.

* Procure new paving * Deconstruct damaged kerbing and reconstruct new * Deconstruct old, damaged pavers and relay new pavers
