Project description

The existing pavement on both sections is in poor condition causing significant irregularities in the road surface; potholes occur regularly and on the northern section the existing seal is less than 6 metres wide.

Form a new pavement that is 9 metres wide at 2 per cent cross fall by importing gravel then forming and compacting to the design levels; place a 7 metre wide seal, place centre lines and barrier marking plus edge lines. The Shire of Manjimup is contributing $50,000 to this project and is allocating $300,000 of its Regional Road Group funding to this project.
