Project description

Road pavement shows significant areas of failure, including shoving, cracking and potholing. High maintenance costs associated with ongoing inspection and repair. Road safety associated with potholed and shoved pavement.

Road pavement renewal, including removal and replacement of 450 sqm of existing old and failed seal, pavement & subgrade replacement as required, Supply and place new Class 2 gravel pavement, including geotextile reinforcing. Prepare and place initial 7 mm stone seal and 40 mm hot mix final seal. This project will be majority funded through the RTR program, with the balance of funds to be sourced from council's annual road renewal capital works program.

Total cost of proposed project is $135,550
