Project description

This road is a collector road providing access to Woolgoolga's second main business district from Solitary Islands Way, which includes a temple, museum, mixed small business, and a hotel/motel. It is also frequently used as a back road to access the Woolgoolga Beach (via Beach Street). The road seal is in poor condition with frequent potholes and shoves, due to age and relatively high traffic volumes, including some screwing effects at the intersection of Solitary Islands Way.

The works proposed is to renew approximately 764 m2 of the existing seal by a deep lift asphalt treatment, consisting of 60 mm AC20 and 40 mm AC14.
