Road widening, road pavement improvement and address drainage issues.

Road reconstruction including widening of road pavement and installation of kerb and channel, footpath, drainage works and traffic calming treatments. Holloway Road is a boundary road between Maroondah City Council and Manningham City Council. Total Project costs = $3,500,000.00 RTR Funding = $1,750,000.00 ($813,130 in 25/26 and $936,870.00 in 26/27) Manningham City Council contribution = $1,750,000.00

The Gardens Road (Alice Springs Rural Road) - 059887-15NT-RTR

The Gardens Road services the pastoral, tourism, mining and indigenous community industries. The nearby Alice Springs to Darwin road rail crossing is currently being upgraded to 2 lane 7m wide seal, finishing at the existing narrow non-standard, single lane grid. The upgrade of the grid and drainage is a safety issue.It is proposed to raise the grid to allow drainage to occur, widen the grid to standard 9.6 metre width, raise the road approaches and build fence on both sides of the grid for traffic safety.
