Project description

Vinegrove Road, located in the locality of Moppa, is a key rural access route servicing both agricultural and residential properties and forming part of the local freight and machinery movement network. The existing unsealed formation has significantly deteriorated due to prolonged wear, limited drainage infrastructure, and increased vehicle loading over time. The road is now considered to be at the end of its useful life, with ongoing maintenance no longer proving cost-effective or sustainable. Road will be re-sheeted and constructed using a suitable quarry material that will provide a higher level of rideability and decreases maintenance intervals.
