Project description

Girral road currently has a 4.0m wide gravel surface This road has suffered significant deterioration over time including extensive gravel loss, Severe rutting and a pronounced loss of surface shape. these conditions pose a serious safety risks to road users and require immediate attention.

Remove vegetation both sides of roadway, shape table drains to design level. Compact sub grade and install 250mm of Crushed gravel, compact and shape gravel to required shape and compaction, trim gravel to design height and seal with a two coat C240 14/7mm spray seal. This project is joint funded with Transport for NSW contributing $5,584,123 under the Fixing Local Roads Program Round 4.
