Project description

Asset condition indicates requirement of road reseal and upgrade of pedestrian ramps, traffic islands and sections of kerb.

The scope of work includes the following: Renewal of 748 m of kerb, renewal of 15 m2 of footpath, renewal of 2 pedestrian ramps, remove 4530 m2 of existing asphalt layer and laying 4530 m2 of new asphalt. The additional funding required to complete the project will be provided by the City of Perth.

Total cost of proposed project is $421,456
