Project description

Currently a high volume for heavy vehicles accessing the grain storage silos via the bypass road. Condition of the road surface has deteriorated over years of high volume traffic. This road is a RAV 4.1 and the Shire of Tammin wants to ensure that the road meets the expectations for haulage businesses using this road to access the CBH grain terminal. Correcting and construction of drainage and two coat seal will reduce potholing, edge breaks and shoulder drop-offs. Safe Roads WA contracted to shoulder widen to a width of 7.6 m, with a complete crumb rubber seal by Fulton Hogan over the top.
