Project description

The existing Lanskey Road has a flooded section which prevent safe access and functional use during wet season. Construction Q5 immunity culvert (same as that provide by the adjacent Ryan Road culvert) would require 3 to 5 of 1200x450 RCBC. The works will also improve flooding immunity to the adjoining residents and ensure garbage or other services trucks are not impeded during parts of the year as currently experienced.

This work is the first enabling works prior to the next separate project, involving the reformation and seal of Lanskey Road. This work will involve design and construction of 3 to 5 of 1200x450 reinforced concrete box culvert. The culvert surface will have a slight dip to ensure water can cross the road and involves grading a flow path in the western private property to the river tributaries. (MICC Work Order )
