Works proposed - To address the problems identified during the inspection, the following works will be undertaken: 1. Application of protective sealant to all major concrete parts. 2. Repairing and resealing all existing cracks. 3. Replacing the damaged joints with proper seal. 4. Adding protective coatings to the steel bars. 5. Replacing the deck wearing surface. 6. Replacing/fixing the pedestrian barriers. These works will help extend the life of the bridge, improve safety for all users, and reduce the risk of costly emergency repairs in the future.
