Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

This section of road is in poor condition due to localised drainage issues.The works proposed include a full width rehabilitation and installation of kerb along the western side. Drainage pits and kerb currently exists on the eastern side. This section of road is a bus route and major ring road for local traffic.Total cost of proposed project is $270,000
