Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Road 1, Garawa 2 NT - 131714-24NT-RTR
The current road has significant pavement damage including edge breakaway and potholing. This is being caused by the narrow roadway and cars passing, having to move off the seal and therefore causing breakage. As the seal is breaking away, this is causing excess dirt and dust on the roads.Rehabilitate and widen approximately 110 m of Road 1. Rehabilitation consists of seal removal, ripping existing road pavement, mixing and top up as required, to achieve the typical road requirements.
Road 3, Garawa 2 NT - 131716-24NT-RTR
The current road has significant pavement damage including edge breakaway and potholing. This is being caused by the narrow roadway and cars passing, having to move off the seal and therefore causing breakage. As the seal is breaking away, this is causing excess dirt and dust on the roads.Rehabilitate and widen the existing road formation of Road 3 (approximately 100m), including the cul-de-sac. Construct concrete driveways to allotments along this section of road.
Zoe Street, Bunbury - 131718-24WA-RTR
Seal is worn down to the pavement in sections, large amounts of cracking and potholes. Severely damaged kerb. Undersize drainage to handle stormwater flow. Reconstruct Road. Replace kerbing. Upgrade drainage.
Almurta Glen Frobes Rd, Almurta - 131734-24VIC-RTR
The road surface has deteriorated due to age and weathering resulting cracks and potholes. and the surface has become smooth and slippery in some places. This makes the road uncomfortable and less safe for drivers, especially in wet weather. Fixing it now will help stop it from getting worse and reduce the need for future repairs.It is proposed to apply a spray seal coat and shoulder improvement as apart of preparation works for sealing. It improves surface condition and extend pavement life. Additional funding from Bass Coast Shire councilTotal cost of proposed project is $150,000
Murray St, Wonthaggi - 131741-24VIC-RTR
The road is in poor condition, with cracks, dips, and rough patches. It’s uncomfortable and less safe to drive It is planned to lay a new layer of asphalt on the road to make it smooth, safe, and longer-lasting. Additional funding source -Bass Coast Shire Council
Gore Street, Port Macquarie - 131755-24NSW-RTR
Surface is aged and worn, with patching and texture loss. A 10 mm S45R seal and 7 mm rack coat will restore surface integrity, improve skid resistance, and extend pavement life.Inspect and apply a 10 mm S45R seal followed by a 7mm rack coat resealing.
Stoney Creek Road, Wauchope - 131760-24NSW-RTR
The seal addresses surface aging, patching, texture loss, and water ingress—protecting the pavement and improving durability.Apply a 10mm S45R final seal to the pavement surface.
Black Creek Road, Lorne - 131762-24NSW-RTR
The seal addresses surface aging, patching, texture loss, and water ingress - protecting the pavement and improving durability.Apply a 10 mm S45R final seal to the pavement surface.
Sharps Road, Hervey Range - 053734-14QLD-RTR
The seal has deteriorated due to wear and tear.It is proposed to reseal the 3.49km section to the existing width of 6m.
Izons Road (Rural Road) - 131769-24NSW-RTR
Deteriorated pavement and bitumen seal.Rip, mix, stabilisation , shape, compact existing material. Add 100mm of pavement where and when needed. Apply 240 bitumen seal in a14 mm and 7mm aggregate to the entire length of the works 7 metres total 4,300 sqm
