Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Significant safety upgrades to repair damaged bridge sized culverts. Span of culverts equals 15 Metres with each cell being 5 metres width and 4.2 metres in height.Reform concrete spillway and complete improvement works to footings and foundations of box culverts. Morowa - Yalgoo Road (Rural Road) - 057344-15WA-RTR
Morowa - Yalgoo Road is a rural Regional Distributor Road. The gravel shoulders on both sides of the road have deteriorated and are starting to become unsafe along the entire 83km length of the road within the Shire of Yalgoo.Morowa - Yalgoo Road gravel shoulders on both sides of the road will be reconstructed / rehabilitated along the entire length of the road to improve safety for traffic, particularly heavy vehicles.
Yalgoo - Ninghan Road (Rural Road) - 057346-15WA-RTR
Yalgoo - Ninghan Road is Rural Local Distributor Road the carries a number of heavy vehicles. The shoulders on the road are starting to deteriorate leading to a road safety issue. The first shoulder on both sides of the road for the first 50km south of Geraldton - Mt Magnet Road will be reconstructed / rehabilitated.Yalgoo - Ninghan Road, reconstruct / rehabilitate gravel shoulders on both sides of the road to 50km south of the intersection of the Geraldton - Mt Magnet Road to improve safety, particularly for heavy vehicles.
Morowa - Yalgoo Road (Rural Road) - 057347-15WA-RTR
The Morowa - Yalgoo Road is a rural Regional Distributor Road. The existing 4m wide spray seal is nearing the end of its life and requires resealing in order to preserve the underlying road pavement.Morowa - Yalgoo Road will be resealed with a new 14mm stone, spray seal for 5.5km from Straight Line Kilometre 58.00 (3.45km South West of the intersection with Bunnawarra Road) to Straight Line Kilometre 63.5 (2.05km North East of the intersection with Bunnawarra Road)

Morowa - Yalgoo Road is currently unsealed for 11.3km. The road is increasingly used by heavy vehicles.
