Dairy Creek Road, Homewood - 063180-15VIC-RTR
Lifting anchors underneath kerb units are exposed and corroding, which may compromise cover to reinforcement. There is no fill above the u-slab units, and no bolts in the unit legs, meaning that no load sharing can develop between adjacent beams. Lack of fill is also leading to leakage between the u-slab units. Concrete spall on north east corner of northern most crosshead with corroding reinforcement due to lack of cover. Minor cracking of the south west wingwall. There is no fill wearing surface on the deck. Damage of batter due to scour, exposing tops of abutment piles and undermining sill beam. Potholing of northern approach.Conduct an assessment of the u-slab beam to determine there load carrying capacity without load sharing and recommend remedial measures if required. Resurface affected area on northern approach. Replace lost fill material and install appropriate batter protection.Total cost of proposed project is $249,155
Acheron Road, Acheron - 063182-15VIC-RTR
