Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

Allambie Road, Edensor Park 2176 - 123443-23NSW-RTR
The road is affected by some failure of road base, depressions and various types of cracks.The proposed treatment includes the rectification of failed areas and resurface with rubberised seal and hot mix asphalt. Length = 363 m, Width =12.8 m, Area = 4670 m2.
Justin Street, Smithfield 2164 - 123444-23NSW-RTR
The rectification of failed areas and resurface.The proposed treatment includes the rectification of failed areas and resurface with rubberised seal and hot mix asphalt. Length = 202 m, Width =12.0m, Area = 2450 m2.
Neville Street, Smithfield 2164 - 123445-23NSW-RTR
The road is affected by some failure of road base, depressions and various types of cracks.The proposed treatment includes provision of subsoil drainage system along the kerb and gutter on the northern side, the rectification of failed areas and resurface with rubberised seal and hot mix asphalt. Length = 308 m, Width =12.1m, Area = 3750 m2.Total cost of proposed project is $315,000
Bronze Street, Alice River - 123528-23QLD-RTR
The intersection road surface is displays numerous defects including significant areas of potholing and seal stripping. Council has also received complaints about the condition of the asset.Replacement of the base pavement and new road seals. The quantity is approximately 1,120m2.
Wave Hill Drive, Annandale - 123530-23QLD-RTR
The pavement has failed, and the surface is showing moderate to severe cracking with deformation throughout. The adjacent kerb and channel on both sides is also in poor condition. Intervention is required to ensure the required level of service is maintained for the road and stormwater can free drain in the kerb and eliminate a potential safety hazard. Resurfacing this deteriorating street is required to maintain the functional condition of the roadway but also preserve the life of the underlying pavement.Full road reconstruction from chainage 0.319km to 0.480km. The quantity is approximately 823m2. Mill and replace road surface from between chainage 0km to 0.150km. The quantity is approximately 1135m2.
Old Flinders Highway, Oak Valley - 123529-23QLD-RTR
The road surface has extensive patch, pothole and crack seal repairs that have been previously undertaken, with significant areas that are failing again. The existing sealed surface also displays widespread stripping of aggregates.Insitu stabilisation with cement, and application of a new road seal. The quantity is approximately 9,770m2.
Bent Street, Mundingburra - 123532-23QLD-RTR
The existing surface has reached the end of its serviceable life and displays varying defects including stripping, surface unevenness, cracking and pavement failure. Resurfacing this deteriorating road is required to ensure the functional condition of the roadway and preserve the life of the underlying pavement.Mill and replace existing surface, approximately 3,370m2. Isolated pavement reconstruction, approximately 160m2. Isolated kerb and channel renewal, approximately 84m.
Strawberry North East Road (rural road) - 123531-23WA-RTR
Renewal of gravel pavement which has reached the end of it's useful life.Placement of 125 mm gravel pavement.Total cost of proposed project is $190,000
McDiarmids Road, Violet Town - 123485-23VIC-RTR
The road pavement has deteriorated and shows signs of failure such as depression, cracking and general roughness.The entire section of road pavement will be spray sealed and appropriate sized stones applied as per Councils maintenance protocols.
Round Mountain Road, Pinnacles - 123534-23QLD-RTR
There are areas that display multiple surface breaches for example potholing and stripping. Several areas have been addressed recently under maintenance by applying a chip seal and this seems to have remedied the affected areas. The majority of the defects appear to be predominately in the locations of potential joins in the surfacing product and in the wheel paths.Full width road reseal. The quantity is approximately 6930m2.
