Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Chillinup Road, Kojaneerup South - 131385-24WA-RTR
Second coat seal to preserve the integrity of the road. Prepare and reseal the existing surface. $427,500 to be funded by R2R, the remaining $210,500 will be funded by the City of Albany's municipal funds.
Bluff Creek Road, Green Range - 131386-24WA-RTR
Gravel resheet to replenish the wearing surface.Gravel resheet, reshape road and regrade drains. $427,500 to be funded by R2R, the remaining $381,000 will be funded by the City of Albany's municipal funds.Total cost of proposed project is $808,500
Kennard St, Kensington - 131547-24WA-RTR
Pavement surface is deteriorating.Renewal of road pavement and civil works including drainage lids and concrete kerb.Total cost of proposed project is $148,874
Punchbowl Road, Julia Creek - 131438-24QLD-RTR
When the road has had 15 millimetres of rain it is unable to be used due to the road being mostly black soil with some gravel. The proposed works will allow cattle transport and station owners to have further access to the road during the wet season. This will also reduce the maintenance costs for Council.Preparation light formation works followed by gravel re-sheeting and sealing. Formation 6 m seal 5 m. The balance of this jointly funded project with R2R will be paid by council.Total cost of proposed project is $639,759

Concrete failing which is a result of the heavy traffic flow.Reconstruction. The balance of this jointly funded project with R2R will be paid by council.Total cost of proposed project is $153,000
Sedan Dip/Byrimine Road, Julia Creek - 131436-24QLD-RTR
The road becomes inaccessible when the road has as little as 15 millimetres of rain on the road sue to black soil. The proposed works will allow greater access by heavy vehicles (cattle transport) and property owners year round.Preparation light formation works followed by gravel re sheeting and sealing 1310m. 4 Stabilised and sealed drop sections(600m2) between CH 20.02Km and CH 23.80Km. The balance of this jointly funded project with R2R will be paid by council.Total cost of proposed project is $400,000
Burke Street, Julia Creek - 131440-24QLD-RTR
More orderly pedestrian flow and speed calming for CBD.Raised pavement (wombat) pedestrian crossings (Concrete and line marking). The balance of this jointly funded project with R2R will be paid by council.Total cost of proposed project is $260,000
Ploughmans Lane, Orange NSW - 053693-14NSW-RTR
Road has narrow pavement and poor sight distance. The road has poor ride qualities.Provide widening of narrow pavement, improve sight distance at rail crossing and provide protected turn into retirement facility.Total cost of proposed project is $505,000
Quellington Rd, Caljie - 131429-24WA-RTR
Road at end of asset life and resolving safety issue.Reconstruction and widening of existing pavement. Additional funding contributions through state Regional Road Group funds ($895,864) and Shire funds ($147,974).Total cost of proposed project is $1,350,903
