Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Two Tree Road, Stanhope - 131211-24VIC-RTR
Current floodway bridge has reached service intervention and safety levels, and needs replacement.Replacement of current floodway bridge structure with box culverts on floodway crossing.
Myola Road, Colbinabbin - 131222-24VIC-RTR
Existing gravel pavement has worn out and reached service intervention levels, and needs replacement with crushed rock.Re-sheeting with crushed rock (length 3220 m, width 5 m, depth 100 mm).

Washed out embankment and road.Backfilling and reinstatement of Road embankment to protect from creek.

Bolton Street, Dudley Park - 130922-24WA-RTR
Bolton Street has a very thin sprayed seal with lots of stripping of aggregate, particularly at the edges as well as some cracking.Total area approx. 900 m2 gap graded asphalt with 10 mm maximum nominal stone, profiling at northern tie in, light edge profiling at edges to remove shoved sections, several layback kerbing at driveways, 10 m of barrier kerbing, 15 m of mountable kerbing. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $55,000
Maria Place, Dudley Park - 130878-24WA-RTR
The existing surface is heavily cracked with some cracks as wide as 20 mm.For the length of the cul-de-sac, total area 1600 m2 overlay with the MRWA approved gap graded asphalt using crumbed rubber as the modifying sealant agent and apply a single spray seal rubber polymer due to pervasiveness of the cracking. Replace 4 grated pits to cycle friendly ones. Funding for the remaining costs is from City of Mandurah works program.Total cost of proposed project is $200,000
Acton Avenue, Rivervale - 131357-24WA-RTR
Existing asphalt surface has reached end of its asset useful life and starting to show excessive wear.Profile removing existing asphalt and replace with one layer of Dense Graded Asphalt 30 mm.
Duckmallois Avenue, Blacktown - 053671-14NSW-RTR
The existing road pavement is heavily oxidised with some extensive crocodile cracking and deformation throughout the pavement.   Deep areas of rutting along the kerb line has previously occurred, with the pavement being temporarily repaired and made safe.  Failures continue to progress along the kerb and gutter area, accelerating water ingress into the pavement. Overturning of the kerb and gutter in the same location is occurring increasing the risk of trip hazards and pavement deformation.Reconstruction of the road pavement including the provision of an asphalt wearing course.
