Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Darlington Road - 054101-14WA-RTR
Road pavement is failing by potholing and rutting due to age of pavement and poor stormwater drainage capture resulting in water intrusion into the road base materials.Reconstruction of road pavement and installation of additional stormwater drainage network and subsoil drainage alonside the sections of road to be reconstructed. Bus embaymnets in the road section will be resurfaced with brown asphalt reflecting the historical precinct of the Darlington townsite.
Wilding Street - 135101-25NSW-RTR
Wilding Street pavement has extensive failure approximately 75% of the area. Pavement length is 370 m and average width is 6.2 m. Kerb and gutter has failed for approximately 40% of the length. Rehabilitation of the pavement by heavy patching, profiling, and resurfacing. Replacement of failed kerb and gutter. The project will be jointly funded, with Roads to Recovery covering approximately 67% of the total project costs, while Council Reserves will cover the remaining balance. This combined funding approach ensures the project scope and quality meet community needs effectively.
Dickson Avenue - 135098-25NSW-RTR
Dickson Avenue pavement has extensive failure approximately 90% of the area. Pavement length is 330 m and average width is 8 m. Kerb and gutter has failed for approximately 5% of the length. Rehabilitation of the pavement by heavy patching, profiling, and resurfacing. Replacement of failed kerb and gutter. The project will be jointly funded, with Roads to Recovery covering approximately 70% of the total project costs, while Council Reserves will cover the remaining balance. This combined funding approach ensures the project scope and quality meet community needs effectively.
Ryedale Road - 135099-25NSW-RTR
Ryedale Road pavement has extensive failure approximately 75% of the area. Pavement length is 260 m and average width is 10 m. Kerb and gutter has failed for approximately 2% of the length. Rehabilitation of the pavement by heavy patching, profiling, and resurfacing. Replacement of failed kerb and gutter. The project will be jointly funded, with Roads to Recovery covering approximately 55% of the total project costs, while Council Reserves will cover the remaining balance. This combined funding approach ensures the project scope and quality meet community needs effectively.
Waterview Street - 135100-25NSW-RTR
Waterview Street pavement has extensive failure approximately 95% of the area. Pavement length is 430 m and average width is 7.5 m. Kerb and gutter has failed for approximately 20% of the length. Rehabilitation of the pavement by heavy patching, profiling, and resurfacing. Replacement of failed kerb and gutter. The project will be jointly funded, with Roads to Recovery covering approximately 55% of the total project costs, while Council Reserves will cover the remaining balance. This combined funding approach ensures the project scope and quality meet community needs effectively.
Palumpa - 135104-25NT-RTR
This project aims to improve drainage and seal the main access road in the Palumpa community. Ongoing water-logging and poor road conditions have created safety risks and made it difficult for residents to reach essential services, including the health centre and school. The works will include upgrading drainage structures to prevent flooding and resurfacing the road to ensure safe, reliable year-round access. This project will significantly enhance community wellbeing, transport safety, and service accessibility.

Unsealed Rural Road re-sheet for 1,900 metres.
Wallcliffe Road, Margaret River - 135060-25WA-RTR
Pavement and culvert repairs and resurfacing.
Williams Rd, West Popanyinning - 135112-25WA-RTR
Gravel sheeting from straight line kilometre 16.3 to 17.9 (totalling 1.6 kilometres).
Congelin - Narrogin Rd, Contine - 135111-25WA-RTR
Gravel sheet section from straight line kilometre 4.58 to 6.87 and 8.27 to 11.16 (total length equal to 5.28 kilometres).
