Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;

Planthurst Road, Carlton - 135205-25NSW-RTR
The asphalt surface is subsided, cracked and failed in many places with rutting and potholes on the road surface indicating subsurface failure. SCI score more than 4. Proposed treatments are 50 mm mill and fill in some areas of parking lane and trave lane, 200 mm mill and fill in travel lanes and heavy patching in severely damaged roadways. Total area of treatment 1638 sqm.
Bruce Highway - Goorganga Plains Upgrade - Plan and Preserve Corridor
This project involves the assessment and recommendation of delivery options, as well as the identification of land and property that may be required to upgrade the Bruce Highway between the Goorganga and Myrtle Creek floodplains.The project's planning activities also include the development of a Business Case. The outcomes from these planning works inform investment decisions.
Anabranch Mail Rd - (Rural Road) - 054137-14NSW-RTR
Road is formed from natural material only and is in poor condition. Road is undulating and there is poor sight distance in several locations, including one corner which is of safety concern. Drainage is also a problem as after rain events water pools on the road and has no path to escape.Road reconstruction, reforming the road to design standards. Realignment of a section of road to increase safety and increase sight distances. Gravel overlay to improve condition of the road and reduce future maintenance requirements. Construction of overland drainage paths to allow water to drain off road surface. Installation of advisory signage at required locations. Replacement of damaged cattle grid in work area. Construction of a safe area for local school buses to pull over as this is a bus route.
Channel Rd, Dareton - (Rural Road) - 054138-14NSW-RTR
Road is formed from natural material and is in poor condition. Road is lower than surrounding area and floods in times of wet weather and becomes impassable. There is no drainage and path for water to escape.Road reconstruction to design standards, involving raising the level of the road. Construction of drainage system to allow water to drain from road surface and be accessible in all weather conditions. Construction of a gravel overlay to raise road standard and reduce future maintenance.
Rufus River Rd - (Rural Road) - 054139-14NSW-RTR
Road surface is worn resulting in an unpredictable surface with high maintenance requirements. Drainage is poor in this location as the road is lower than the surrounding areas resulting in water running down the road and pooling across the road in rain events. This leads to the road having to be closed in times of high rainfall.Design for this section to road to be reconstructed to design standards to lift the level of the road and provide adequate drainage to allow the road to be passable in times of wet weather. Design to include gravel overlay and overland drainage system. Construction is proposed to be undertaken as part of the 2015/16 Roads to Recovery Program.
Old Windsor Road - Planning
A planning study to improve travel times on Old Windsor Road between Kellyville and Northmead, with a particular focus on the section between Windsor Road and Norwest Boulevard.
Low Darling Rd - (Rural Road) - 054140-14NSW-RTR
Gravel surface is worn, rough and unpredictable making it unsafe. Road contains several corners which have no superelevation and are a safety concern at speed. Road has been sealed up to the start of the work area and reconstruction of this section of road will prepare it for sealing in the future.Design for road reconstruction of road to remove irregularities in road surface, include superelevation on bends and improve road safety. Design to include a gravel overlay and design for drainage to provide access to road in all weather conditions. Construction is proposed for the 2015/16 Roads to Recovery Program.
Wanneroo Road - Hepburn Avenue Grade Separation
a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } The Wanneroo Road and Hepburn Avenue Grade Separation project involves upgrading the intersection to improve traffic flow and safety. The works include constructing a grade-separated interchange, which will allow vehicles on Wanneroo Road to pass over Hepburn Avenue without stopping at traffic lights. This design reduces congestion, shortens travel times, and enhances connectivity for commuters and freight. The project is part of a broader effort to improve road efficiency in Perth’s northern suburbs.
Windsor Road Upgrades
Upgrade Windsor Road in Rouse Hill, including:-    widening Windsor Road between Mile End Road and Commercial Road to three lanes plus a bus lane in each direction;-    dedicated bus lanes along Windsor Road between the existing Transitway and Mile End Road; -    upgrading the Windsor Road and Commercial Road, Windsor Road and Mile End Road, and Commercial Road and Caddies Boulevard intersections; and-    a shared path on the eastern side of Windsor Road.
Connells Point Road, Connells Point - 135202-25NSW-RTR
Heavy patching along Connells Point Road, Connells Point from Kyle Pde to Connells Point Road - Queens Road Intersection. The asphalt surface is subsided, cracked and failed in many places with rutting and potholes on the road surface indicating subsurface failure. SCI score more than 4. Proposed treatments are 60 mm mill and fill in some areas of parking lane, 145 mm mill and fill in travel lanes and heavy patching in severely damaged area of intersection. Total area of treatment 1670 sqm.
