Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

The road surface is approximately 20 years old, oxidised and affected with moderate levels of cracking and ravelling. The length of the road section is 539m, width 11.5m and the proposed treatment area is 6260m2.The proposed treatment include heavy patching the isolated failed area first followed by inter layer rubber seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Aquamarine Drive - 106813-19NSW-RTR
The road surface is more than 25 years old, oxidised and affected with significant levels of crocodile cracking and ravelling. The length of the section is 162m, width 11.1m and the proposed treatment area is 1798m2The proposed treatment include heavy patching the isolated failed area first followed by inter layer rubber seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Plough Inn Road - 106814-19NSW-RTR
The road surface is oxidised and affected with moderate levels of cracking and ravelling. The length of the road section is 531m, width 10.67m and the proposed treatment area is 5665m2.The proposed treatment include heavy patching the isolated failed area first followed by inter layer rubber seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Ben Lomond Road - 106816-19NSW-RTR
The road surface is 18 years old and heavily oxidised, affected with significant levels of ravelling and moderate levels of cracking. The length of the road section is 651m, width 11.3m and the proposed treatment area is approximately 7000m2.The proposed treatment include heavy patching the isolated failed area first followed by inter layer rubber seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Stromeferry Crescent - 106817-19NSW-RTR
The road surface is 39 years old, oxidised and affected with cracking and ravelling. The length of the road section is 134m, width 12m and the proposed treatment area is approximately 1608m2.The proposed treatment include heavy patching the isolated failed area first followed by inter layer rubber seal with hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Saywaker Lane (Rural Road) - 106789-19NSW-RTR
Water crossing road causing erosion.Install 1 x 450 pipe culvert at each location.
Picardy Street, Blacktown - 107385-19NSW-RTR
Road pavement is showing signs of failure like pavement cracking and rutting.Proposed treatment is reconstruction of existing pavement. Project also includes some kerb and gutter and path repair works.
Fairway Road, Crawley - 106785-19WA-RTR
Per visual inspection and City's Asset Management Plan for Fairway road between Clark street and Myers street identified 1190 sqm of cracking, minor Rutting, 18m of minor kerb defects and utility pit damage.Mill & resurface of 3400 sqm of road pavement using dense grade black asphalt to a depth of 50 mm. Laying of 18 m new in-situ kerb.
Myer Street, Crawley - 106788-19WA-RTR
Per visual inspection and City's Asset Management Plan fo Myers street between Broadway and Parkway roads identified 1719 sqm of Cracking, Potholes, 110 sqm of Rutting, 218m of precast kerb defects, 4 non-complaint pram ramps.Mill & resurface of 2300 sqm of road pavement using dense grade black asphalt to a depth of 50 mm. Build 4 pram ramps per current standards, Laying of 218 m new precast kerb
