Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Fox Road, Manangatang - 107660-20VIC-RTR
The existing limestone pavement has worn away causing surface to become uneven, potholed and rutted.Work Proposed is to place 100 millimetres of limestone onto the existing surface to restore the running surface to the road. Total length of the project is 3.0 kilometres at 6 metres wide.
Erindoon Road (Rural Road) - 107655-20WA-RTR
Sections of the road require improvements to the drainage and the existing pavement is very thin, potholed and corrugated. The drainage needs to be improved and the pavement increased to provide a safe running surface.It is proposed to reconstruct the roadside drainage and then gravel re-sheet 7.52 kilometers by 8 meters wide. This will give a finished pavement depth of 300 mm.Total cost of proposed project is $352,126
Top Beverley Road (Rural Road) - 107635-20WA-RTR
This road is too narrow for the type of traffic carting hay through to the York Hay processing plant. The culverts are to be widened and vegetation removed to allow for this road to widened and sealed to seven metres.Existing road to be reconstructed, widened and sealed to a width of seven metres.Total cost of proposed project is $183,377
Top Beverley Road (Rural Road) - 107634-20WA-RTR
This section of road was upgraded to a seven metre bitumen seal in 2019/2020. This year will see the primer seal receive its final seal with 14mm stone.This section will be receive a final seal with 14mm stone.
Hulberts Road, Toormina - 107656-20NSW-RTR
Road is a collector road through an Industrial subdivision with significant surface and pavement failures due to heavy vehicle loadings, turning vehicles and water within the pavement. The road surface is not wide enough to cater for the large vehicle usage. The road roughness is high and as a through collector road does not meet community perceptionsInstallation of kerb and gutter adjacent to the industrial subdivision lots Rehabilitation and widening of pavement New drainage infrastructure Appropriate width shoulders the road and to assist with larger turning movementsTotal cost of proposed project is $1,426,563
Underbool Patchewollock Road, Underbool - 107564-20VIC-RTR
