Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Croydon Road, Croydon - 111852-20NSW-RTR

Moroney Street doesn't meet current urban infrastructure standards. Bungulla North Rd (rural road) - 111864-20WA-RTR
Currently the pavement width is approximately 7m with a sealed lane of a 4m width in the centre. The road is too narrow and the seal is deteriorating beyond its useful life. The narrowness of the road result in vehicular conflict when passing.It is proposed to widen the current pavement to a width of 10m, stabilising on the pavement to a depth of 175mm and seal the new pavement with a prime coat and 2 coat seal finish. Finally, reinstatement of road furniture and signs.
Calder Highway – Northbound Overtaking Lane at Hattah
This project constructed a 2.3 kilometre northbound overtaking lane, on the Calder Highway north of Hattah in north-west Victoria.
Daysdale Walbundrie Road (Rural Road) - 111863-20NSW-RTR
Aged pavement which has reached the end of its life. Existing pavement has a seal width of less than 7.00 m in some sectionsIt is proposed that the existing pavement will be heavy patched where possible. Some failed sections will be rehabilitated. The remaining pavement will be widened to allow a 8.00 m seal to be applied. The whole section will receive a 8.00 m wide reseal as a final treatment
Diggers Ave, Condobolin - 111870-20NSW-RTR
Existing pavement is narrow and failing due to age and traffic loading.Reconstruct and widen existing to create a minimum 10.5 metre wide formation with a minimum 8.5 metre wide seal. Addition widening will be provided at the intersection with Lachlan Valley Way.
Logan Reserve Road, Marsden - 111865-20QLD-RTR
Safety concerns have been identified at this roundabout within recent years due to site distance and approach configurations.The project involves the re-alignment of the intersection approaches as well as reconstruction of the roundabout and other miscellaneous supporting worksTotal cost of proposed project is $1,178,000
Euroka Street, Walgett - 111866-20NSW-RTR
Heavily damaged on existing sealing and water seeping through the cracksReconstruction and sealing the damaged segment
