Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Holland Street,Shepparton - 111872-20VIC-RTR
Raise sunken failed sections of kerb and channel , holding water , ponding , cracking , smell.Remove failed kerb and install new B2 kerb and channel drainage along south of Holland Street Shepparton.
Meatian West Road, Meatian - 111848-20VIC-RTR
The existing limestone pavement has worn away causing surface to become uneven, potholed and rutted.Work Proposed is to place 100 millimetres of limestone onto the existing surface to restore the running surface to road. Total length of project 5.6 kilometres at 6 metres wide.
Waldaree Street, Gepps Cross - 111884-20SA-RTR
Major crocodile cracking and asphalt pavement failure. Kerb and Gutter damage and water ponding.Complete 150mm deep lift of asphalt and kerb and gutter replacement.
Old Charleville Road - 111877-20QLD-RTR
Continous loss of gravel resulted in Corrugated road.Gravel resheet the existing pavement to 8m wide and install 8m wide grid.
Bungower Road, Mornington - 111878-20VIC-RTR
Currently no safe crossing point exists on Bungower Road in Mornington. Need to provide safe crossing point to assist with operation of school crossing and also provide safe crossing point for pedestrians crossing Bungower Road.Installation of traffic signals to provide safe crossing point on Bungower Road and improve safety and operation of school crossingTotal cost of proposed project is $280,000
Bedwell Downs Road (Rural Road) - 111876-20NSW-RTR
The bitumen sealed road surface has reached the end of its useful life, it is exhibiting cracking, deformation and oxidisation.A new layer of bitumen/aggregate seal will be applied.
Flagstaff Road, White Sands - 111885-20SA-RTR
Renewal of pavement and seal that that is subject to significant freight movements and has reached the end of its useful life. In addition intersection site distances will be improved at the junction of Flagstaff Road and Pfeiffer Road, protected left and right turn lanes will be provided at the entrance ways to Ingham's Feed Mill and Big River Pork, and improvements will be made to vertical alignment in order to accommodate higher productivity vehicles.Complete reconstruction and upgrade of existing pavement to provide a10.0m wide formation with a 9.0m wide seal and a minimum 7.0m wide carriage way. Provide improved intersection site distance at all junctions and upgraded vertical alignment to improved safety and serviceability for Higher Productivity Vehicles and employees.Total cost of proposed project is $2,400,000
