Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Pine Drive, Coleambally (Rural Road) - 095845-17NSW-RTR
Seal surface is deteriorating to end of life, needs to be rectified to ensure safe usage for public.Reseal segment 50 with 7mm aggregate and bitumen (1.62km x 6m)
Strzelecki Track (Rural Road), Innamincka - Lyndhurst) - 096068-17SA-RTR
The existing grids were installed years ago and have now rusted and deteriorated, posing a safety hazard to the public and the local community. In addition the existing signs in the area have deteriorated and need to be replaced.All identified grids and signs are to be replaced with new ones, including bases. Approaches to the grids will be modified to ensure better transition over.
Yulara Drive (Local Rural - Alice Springs) - 096073-17NT-RTR
Yulara Drive was build more than 30 years ago and has never been resealed. It is a major access to the Yulara community and many other business ventures. The road is cracked and requires resealing. Due to the tourism popularity of Uluru and Yulara, the road services a high volume of vehicles every year including heavy commercial vehicles e.g. buses and caravan parks. The department has received numerous complaints from businesses and general public.Reseal Yulara Drive.
Woodhill Mountain Road Berry, Broughton Vale Woodhill - 096075-17NSW-RTR
The pavement requires repair and reconstruction for better ride quality widening of the shoulder, The road is badly rutted and cracked and requires reconstruction.The work involves overlaying the existing pavement with additional gravel and bitumen sealing the surface, widening of the shoulder to provide a safer road and passing vehicles
Davies Street, Leichhardt - 096066-17NSW-RTR
Distressed road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.1km and the width of 13m with some heavy patching.Total cost of proposed project is $45,000
Arguimbau Street, Annandale - 096065-17NSW-RTR
Distressed road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.1km and the width of 13m with some heavy patching.Total cost of proposed project is $35,000
Vincent Street, Balmain - 096059-17NSW-RTR
Distressed road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.1km and the width of 6.5m with some heavy patching.Total cost of proposed project is $20,000
Euroka Street (Walgett) - 052369-14NSW-RTR
Natural black soil surface that is badly rutted and corrugated and is un-trafficable during wet weather and hazardous for road users.Reconstruction and sealing work with 200mm thick gravel for approximately 100m in length with a width of 6m.
Davidson Street, Balmain - 096058-17NSW-RTR
Distressed road surface has wide-spread potholes and extensive cracking.Propose to re-sheet the entire length of 0.1km and the width of 7.8m with some heavy patching.Total cost of proposed project is $35,000
Prince Edward Avenue, Culburra - 096074-17NSW-RTR
The road is badly deformed and cracked badly rutted and deformed so requires reconstruction.The work involves overlaying the existing pavement with additional gravel and bitumen sealing of the surface, rehabilitation of the road network. The work involves excavating some of the existing road pavement material stabilising the remaining in-situ material; backfilling with new pavement material; and providing a bituminous surface.
