Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Yuelamu Access Road off Tanami road (Rural Road) - 129051-24NT-RTR
The exiting road surface is below the ground level and made of sand clay which gets corrugated and damaged frequently. The existing drainage system is not functioning well. This results lower level of service to community. Also, it goes under water during the rainy season making it impassable. Based on these factors, this road needs to be raised and gravel sheeted and the drainage needs to be upgraded.It is proposed to lift the road providing subgrade, sub-base and to provide gravel base. Also, it is proposed to upgrade the drainage system.
Byrnes Road, Wagga Wagga - 129219-24NSW-RTR
Road is potholed and cracked.Rehabilitation and reseal for a length of 1,047 metres and an area of 9,287 square metres.Total cost of proposed project is $869,690
Vincent Road, Lake Albert - 129208-24NSW-RTR
Road is potholed and cracked.Rehabilitation and sealing works for length of 748 metres and area of 11,779 square metres.
McDonalds Bridge Road, Dyraaba - 129193-24NSW-RTR
Road Shoulders have failed due to the existing bitumen being narrow and being utilised on a daily basis by a high proportion of Heavy Vehicles.Widen road shoulders, improve road geometry, rehabilitate existing road pavement and provide improved roadside drainage. Jointly Funded project with Richmond Valley Council funding $384,057, Transport for NSW funding $635,437 under the Essential Public Asset Restoration Program & Transport for NSW funding of $37,623 under the Regional Emergency Road Repair Fund.Total cost of proposed project is $1,750,000
Anderson Avenue, Casino - 129194-24NSW-RTR
The Pavement and Kerb and Gutter are at the end of their serviceable life and are due for reconstruction. Traffic flows have increased with the construction of an aged care facility. Fully Reconstruct road, including NEW Pavement, Sub Soil Drainage, Kerb and Gutter and enhanced Stormwater Drainage.
Booyong Street, Evans Head - 129195-24NSW-RTR
The pavement has failed due to inadequate surface and pavement drainage and a failing stormwater system.Install sub soil pavement drainage and kerb and gutter to improve pavement surface drainage. Reconstruct damaged stormwater infrastructure. Joint funded project with Richmond Valley Council funding $122,000.Total cost of proposed project is $242,000
Sims road (rural road) - 053362-14VIC-RTR
The road pavement and surface has significantly deteriorated. There is substantial rutting and potholing along the road length.The road will be fully rehabilitated, including the addition of pavement material and final seal.Total cost of proposed project is $296,766
Little Pitt Street, Broadwater - 129196-24NSW-RTR
The pavement has failed due to inadequate surface and pavement drainage and a failing stormwater system.Install sub soil pavement drainage plus kerb and gutter to improve pavement surface drainage. Reconstruct damaged Stormwater infrastructure. Jointly Funded project with Richmond Valley Council funding $118,840
Bennet Street, Perth - 129206-24WA-RTR
Asset condition indicates requirement of road reseal and kerb renewal.Removal of existing road surface of 1500 square metres (sqm), replace 1500 sqm with asphalt, demolish and renew 200 m of kerb, replace traffic loops at the intersection of Adelaide Terrace and Bennet Street.
Prowse Way, Dunsborough - 129187-24WA-RTR
The 46 year old road seal and kerb is in a very poor condition being severely worn. The road has extensive cracking, stripping, edge break, potholes and patch repairs. The drainage is also in a very poor condition. The pipe capacity is too small causing localised flooding and property damage. There are blockages causes by root intrusion through the old butt joined pipes.The road will be asphalt overlayed and the old kerb will be replaced. The existing drainage pits and pipes will be replaced. The cul-de-sac at will be reconstructed and will provide residents with a larger turning circle and improved drainage.
