Inglis Street, Mudgee - 059898-15NSW-RTR
The shoulder of the road is unsealed and there is no guttering or kerb in place. Stormwater drains towards this section of road, water backs up, causing minor flooding and scouring which washes away the loose gravel off the shoulder. These deposits also cause blockages in the stormwater drainage pipes. This is the only section of the road that has no sealed shoulder or kerbs present. There have been complaints and requests from the public to upgrade this section. It is proposed that the kerb and gutter be extended for this section of Inglis Street, towards the intersection at Perry Street, so that it is consistent with the rest of the road. 100m of shoulder and 45m of kerb and gutter are required.
