The Australian Government is committed to a 10-year, over $120 billion infrastructure investment pipeline, ensuring a rolling program of sustainable land transport infrastructure projects.

Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Scarp Road, Rural Road - 063995-16WA-RTR
This section of Scarp Road is winding, with narrow shoulders and blind curves. The section also contains two intersections which currently do not have sufficient sight distance along Scarp Road making them a hazard for road users.Improve shoulders, carry out targeted vegetation removal to improve sight distances around bends and at intersections. Frederick Drive, Woodcroft - 063996-16SA-RTR

Harders Chitty Road (rural road) - 063999-16WA-RTR
This section of Harders Chitty Road has been formed out of natural materials and only been gravel sheeted in small sections. The road has now deteriorated consisting of corrugations and pot holes which require continual maintenance grading to keep road to a safe standard.The work proposed is to construct and seal 1 kilometer of road 6.2 metres wide from 1.81 to 2.81 straight line kilometers.
River Road (rural road) - 064000-16WA-RTR
This section of River Road has been formed out of natural materials and has only been gravel sheeted in small sections. The road has now deteriorated consisting of corrugations and pot holes which requires continual maintenance grading to keep the road to a safe standard.The work proposed is to construct and gravel resheet this section of road with 100mm of gravel from straight line kilometer 4.70 to straight line kilometer 7.11.
Sandplain Road, (Rural Road) - 064001-16WA-RTR
This section of Sandplian Road has been sealed for some time and has now deteriorated consisting of cracking and pot holes which require continual maintenance to keep the road to a safe standard.The work proposed is to reseal this section of road from straight line kilometer 0.00 to straight line kilometer 4.05.
Wandoo Circle, Toodyay WA - 064002-16WA-RTR
This section of Wandoo Circle has been formed out of natural materials and has been gravel sheeted. The road has now deteriorated consisting of corrugations and pot holes which require continual maintenance grading to keep the road to a safe standard.The work proposed is to construct and seal 1 kilometer of the road 6.2 meters wide from 0.00 to 1.00 straight line kilometers.
Wattle Way (rural road) - 064003-16WA-RTR
This section of Wattle Way has been formed out of natural materials and the road has now deteriorated consisting of corrugations and pot holes which require continual maintenance grading to keep road to a safe standard.The work proposed is to construct and seal 1 kilometer of the road 6.2 meters wide from straight line kilometer 0.00 to straight line kilometer 1.00.
