Australian Privacy Principle 5 Notice

Your submission, including any personal information supplied, is being collected by the department for the purpose of seeking public and industry comment on the approach and content of its proposed cost estimation guidance, in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act).

Your personal information will be stored securely by the department. It may be used by the department to make further contact with you about the consultation process. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any other third parties, except in the circumstances outlined below.

Submissions, in part or full, including the name of the author may be published on the department's website or in the Government's response, unless the submission is confidential. Confidential submissions (including author name) will not be published. Private addresses and contact details will not be published or disclosed to any third parties unless required by law.

Submissions will only be treated as confidential if they are expressly stated to be confidential. Automatically generated confidentiality statements or disclaimers appended to an email do not suffice for this purpose. If you wish you make a confidential submission, you should indicate this by ensuring your submission is marked confidential.

Confidential submissions will be kept securely and will only be disclosed in the following circumstances:

  • in response to a request by a Commonwealth Minister;
  • where required by a House or a Committee of the Parliament of the Commonwealth of Australia; or where required by law.

The department may also disclose confidential submissions within the Commonwealth of Australia, including with other Commonwealth agencies, where necessary in the public interest.

Please note that in order to protect the personal privacy of individuals in accordance with the Privacy Act any submissions containing sensitive information, personal information or information which may reasonably be used to identify a person or group of people may not be published, even if not marked as confidential.

Geranium North Road (Rural Road) - 138756-26SA-RTR
Road surface has deteriorated due to loss of rubble material and increased transport along this length of road. Rubble re-sheet along a portion of the entire length of road for 4.5 km to a width of 7.2 m and provide compacted depth of 100 mm.
Bruce Highway - Curra to Sarina - Calliope Crossroads
This project involved a major upgrade of the Calliope Crossroads intersection on the Bruce Highway over the Dawson Highway, near Gladstone.
Dumaresq Road (Rural Road) - 138561-26NSW-RTR
This project involves rehabilitation works along 800 metres of Dumaresq Road between Mundays Lane and Ferris Lane to address failed pavement and restore the roads structural integrity. The works will target deep rutting pavement failures and damaged sealed surface which will improve the overall condition and performance of the road to enhance safety for road users.
Staff Road, Cordeaux Heights - 138764-26NSW-RTR
Reconstruct road to “as-new” condition. In-situ stabilisation of existing road pavement and placement of new wearing course. Council will fund the balance of the project costs above the R2R allocation. Scope includes installation of subsoil drainage to address groundwater as well as some minor kerb repairs.
Bligh Lane, Uralla - 138563-26NSW-RTR
This project involves the rehabilitation of Bligh Lane between John Street and Park Street. The existing road consists of several surface defects reducing pavement quality and safety. Rehabilitation works will renew the sealed surface addressing these defects. This will protect the underlying pavement from further deterioration extending the overall life of the asset and improve road safety outcomes for users.
Sheaffes Road, Wollongong - 138766-26NSW-RTR
Reconstruct road to “as-new” condition. In-situ stabilisation of existing road pavement and placement of new wearing course. Council will fund the balance of the project costs above the R2R allocation.
Boonarga - Inverai Road, Chinchilla - 138771-26QLD-RTR
Reconstruction of existing pavement due to rutting and rough surfaces. Road wideing to 6m seal on 7m formation to meet levels of service requirements
Bullock Head Road, Tara - 138772-26QLD-RTR
Existing road is very rough and narrow in places and sections require reconstruction works.
Burra Burri Creek Road, Chinchilla - 138773-26QLD-RTR
Existing road is very rough and narrow in places and sections require reconstruction works.
Woodland Street, Balgowlah Heights - 138775-26NSW-RTR
Repair distressed road pavement and resurface with asphaltic concrete.
