Project description

The existing road has a crushed rock formation requiring ongoing maintenance, with residents experiencing problems associated with dust, corrugations and potholes. The road services abutting semi rural properties. Construction of the existing unmade road will improve the amenity and quality of access for these properties.

Construction of the existing unmade road (80 metres) from Charles Road to the end of Gilba Place generally for a width of 3.5 metres. The work will also include construction of kerb and channel together with underground drainage improvements.

Total cost of proposed project is $60,338
