Project description

Council's Structure Plan and existing landholders have identified the need for a connecting road from the Berrinba Mixed Industry Business Area into Council's trunk road network. The construction of the new road will provide access for economic growth and ease traffic congestion in the area as loading on the minor road network should be reduced.

Stage 1 of construction of a new two lane road, associated stormwater drainage works and pedestrian facilities.

Total cost of proposed project is $3,900,000
