Project description

Springfield Avenue is a collector road and carries significant traffic between Main Road and West Moonah. This section of Springfield Avenue was constructed prior to 1970 and sections of pavement require box out and replacement. New hotmix surfacing, new kerb and channel and concrete footpaths are needed. Some traffic management improvements will be included at intersections with Leonard Avenue and Homer Avenue.

Discrete areas of pavement replacement and new hotmix surfacing. New kerb and channel and new concrete footpaths. Minor traffic management improvements at junctions.

Total cost of proposed project is $504,000
