Project description

Homer Avenue is a local urban road, serving adjacent residential properties. The road and associated infrastructure was constructed in the 1950's and is at the end of its useful service life. The road pavement is in need of reconstruction and local reshaping. New road surfacing is required and kerb & channel and fottpaths need to be replaced.

Excavation and replacement of the road pavement and new road surfacing. Replace footpaths and kerb & channel. Reconstruct driveways where affected by the works.

Total cost of proposed project is $782,000
