Project description

The road surface is very old and brittle. It is affected by raveling of spray seal, cracks, some failures of road base course and deformation of road surface. Some sections of kerb & gutters have been displaced causing poor surface stormwater drainage.

The proposed work include the replacement of displaced sections of kerb & gutters, rehabilitation of road base with cement stabilisation, placement of spray seal over cemented base and resurfacing with hot mix asphalt. Length = 531m, Width = 10.2 m, Area = 5417m2

Total cost of proposed project is $436,312
