Project description

The existing road pavement exhibits oxidation and areas of significant longitudinal and crocodile cracking, loss of aggregate and patching. In addition the concrete kerbing and footpath is in a poor condition.

Rehabilitation of 323 metres of existing pavement and resurfacing with asphalt, reconstruction of existing kerb and channel, reconstruction of existing vehicle crossings, where required, reconstruction of damaged footpath and the construction of 342 metres of underground drainage works.

Total cost of proposed project is $507,783

Berrigal Road (Rural Road) - 059875-15NSW-RTR

The road has a damaged existing seal with road base and sub-base deterioration facilitating minor drainage repairs.Initially accomplish minor drainage repairs as needed followed by required base and sub-base layer stabilisation where required. Bitumen re-sealing is completed to protect the road base and improve road surface.

Millie Road (Rural Road) - 059876-15NSW-RTR

The road has a damaged existing gravel driving surface with road base and sub-base deterioration facilitating minor drainage repairs.Initially accomplish minor drainage repairs as needed followed by required base and sub-base layer stabilisation where required. Gravel surfacing actions including stabilisation as needed to improve the road surface.

Culloden Road - 059877-15NSW-RTR

Culloden Road pavement has extensinve failure to approximately 60% of the area. Pavement length 740m and average width 9.20Rehabilitation of the road pavement by heavy patching, profiling and resurfacing the wearing surfacing. Replacement of the failed kerb and gutterTotal cost of proposed project is $367,000
