Project description

The existing road has significant amount of rock protruding onto the running surface causing a rough running surface for vehicles, irrespective of Maintenance Grading works. Drainage on this road is poor causing water to often lay on the road surface for extended periods of time after a rain event.

Works include gravel sheeting of the existing road surface to cover the existing protruding rock to create a smoother running surface. Drainage works will include creating new drains to prevent pooling of water.

Total cost of proposed project is $1,124,764
