Project description

Forrest circle has experience several pavement failures in the last 5 years. This is partially due to increased traffic and several occasions where irrigation and stormwater has deteriorated the road base. Failures were patched as required however the road is now in very poor condition and continues to fail. Roadworks in other section of Forrest circle have identified poor roadbase quality.

This section of Forrest circle will be closed to the public to be rehabilitated. This will include testing, removal of roadbase, construction of stabilised roadbase and asphalt seal.

Total cost of proposed project is $604,048
